How the DNA testing

1. Order Your DNA Test Kit Online
Choose your test – paternity, maternity, kinship, or twin zygosity – and order online or by contacting us for assistance. Collection kits are sent in discreet packaging. Orders received after 2pm New Zealand time or on weekends/public holidays are sent the next business day.
2. Collect Your DNA Samples
Follow the simple instructions to collect cheek swab DNA samples at home. Return your samples to our laboratory using a tracked shipping method of your choice (not included in your purchase).
3. Receive Your DNA Test Results
As soon as all samples are received, our scientists perform the DNA analysis. Your DNA test results are issued by email within 5 business days, or within 2 business days with our Express Testing option (if samples are good quality and no further testing is needed).
